Hi, I’m Karen, Founder of Cotswold Talent Partners.
I’ve spent over 25 years in recruitment and talent leadership, working with veterinary practices, animal health brands, and commercial businesses across the UK. I’ve led in-house recruitment functions, built high-performing teams, and partnered with leaders to solve real hiring challenges — from urgent clinical roles to long-term strategic growth.
